Allow me to introduce to you my in real life very wise and amazing friend Jan Silvious.
In our podcast interview, you will hear how I introduced her to 1.00 hamburgers at McDonald’s (I mean why not be an influence somehow right!) and now I get to introduce her to you if you happen to not know her.
Jan has blessed my life so much with the depth of her wisdom, joy, and zest for life.

This podcast was recorded several weeks ago and since the recording, Jan’s husband has gone to be with Jesus.
Can you pray over sweet Jan and her family? My heart has not been able to stop thinking about her and praying for her as her husband passed away unexpectedly last week.
Would you pray for her family as they navigate the hope of heaven with the grief that we experience with loss on earth.
Her wisdom and life experience have taught her how God has a plan for our life that is more than we can ask or imagine, and how we get to open our hands and receive God’s amazing plans for our lives.

I wanted to let you know that the Lord has been prompting my heart to pray for Jan Silvous but I didn’t know why. At first this name was familiar to me but I couldn’t recall so I looked up this name on the internet. Only to find that she used to be with my favorite Bible teacher Kay Author. Also at Women of faith and Moody Bible. So after reading that her husband recently passed away unexpectedly I now have better understanding how to pray. Thank you for sharing this. I will certainly be praying for her.
