Made for This: An Interview with Terrica Joy Smith : Jennifer Hand

I knew I had found a new friend that I loved the minute her smile came upon the zoom camera. I am so excited to introduce you to Terrica Joy Smith.

Her magazine Eden and Vine literally is the most beautiful magazine that I have seen full of not only beautiful photos but beautiful words. Having this magazine was Terrica’s leap of faith. Her seed of yes she planted and is watching God bloom.

Do you feel like you are standing on the edge of a leap of faith right now? This interview was such an encouraging reminder for me. Terrica reminds us that we should not wait until we feel ready or we are never going to do anything worth anything. We cannot wait for the perfect moment.

Let’s think together. What yes do you feel called to step into right now? What is holding you back? Often it is the fear of needing to get everything perfect and together to make sure that we do it right.

I love how Terrica shared about how once she began the journey of starting her magazine she remembered her past experiences with magazine writings and realized that she was catching up with the Holy Spirit to join Him in what He had been preparing her for all along.

I just love how God does this.

How He prepares us for His plan. Equips up even when we do not realize what He is doing.

Terrica tells me about a time when God spoke to her heart. You do not have to worry about what I do with it (the magazine Eden and Vine). You don’t have to concern yourself with the outcome. Bring your offerings and in doing that I will make miracles.
