Verse Mapping: An Interview with Kristy Cambron
I LOVED Kristy Cambron immediately as soon as I pushed start meeting on Zoom. Full of life and joy and excitement about the Word of God.
If ever in our world we need a reminder of an anchor that does not change it is now.
The Word of God is alive and active and it meets us in our needs. In our questions. In our doubts. In our fears.
It can be easy to get overwhelmed with reading the Bible and so we miss the gift it has to offer us.
Kristy reminded me of the gift that comes from studying the Word.
She held up her Dad’s marked up study Bible in our interview and said something that struck me. He had been saved only two years before He passed away from blood cancer.
So she held in her hand a highlighted and completely marked-up Bible that belonged to her Dad in those two years.
What a treasure to see how He had treasured the Word not knowing He would only have two years to study it before He would meet the WORD made flesh Jesus.
I cannot wait for you to hear this interview and remember the gift of the WORD.
