Following God and Living Full/Walking Free: An Interview with Cindy Bultema
I was “suffering” at the beach last week, so let’s all pretend today is Monday, even though technically it is Tuesday and I am a day late posting 🙂
And now it’s time for me to introduce you to my dear friend, who brings confetti and sparkles with her wherever she goes (literally she does for real like to bring confetti), Cindy Bultema.
Cindy has taught me so much about what it means to live full and walk free– sprinkling joy all around (that may or may not come with confetti sprinkled)
There seems to have been quite the theme on the Season Two of Coming Alive Conversations episodes of how God is full of surprises. How He has plans that are more than we can ask or imagine– but often we do not even come close to imagining them.
Cindy has learned to follow God’s assignment, even when it takes a surprising plot twist. For her, that involved become Executive Director of the GEMS girls club right at the height of her speaking and writing calling.
Jesus asked her to follow– and SHE did.
Do you ever feel that stirring of God changing your direction? I know there have been big moments and small moments in my life when I have sensed the direction of the Holy Spirit is different then what I had in mind.
I cannot wait for you to be encouraged by this conversation and how God leads and if we follow He does BIG things.
Speaking of Big– living full and walking free seems like a “big phrase” packed into a few little words.
How do we do it? Can we do it? Can we truly live full and walk free?
The key is do we use the power of the truth of God’s word to grant us what we need, even in a sin -soaked world to live full and walk free.
Cindy has a very powerful testimony of how God rescued and transformed her and how the truth continues to change her.
And it can change YOU. And me.
