In the Wait– Coming Alive at Christmas #day2

I was a little late cooking dinner tonight and currently I am “waiting” for my instapot to steam some fish.  And if I am being honest, I am starving and I want it to be faster.

Hello— it’s an INSTAPOT, that’s about as fast as it gets.

So maybe or maybe not I am not the best waiter?  I wonder if you can identify with me.

Every year when I dig deep into the Christmas story I am reminded that even in our waiting God is always working behind the scenes.

There were hundreds of years of waiting for the Messiah to come.

Even in the times when we feel like God is not speaking, He is actively working behind the scenes.

Maybe you need this reminder today.  He is working in your waiting.
