Chicken soup, confidence and Coffee

Happy 2014 friends—  Happy first Wednesday in 2014 in fact.

I just love the turning of a new year, especially when last year was as crazy as it was 🙂 (how about you)
Something I am excited about joining in with my not yet met in real life (but will in Feb glory) friend Holley Gerth and her coffee with Holley encouragement on Wednesdays where we just write posts of encouragement.

Click here to read the wonderful posts, encouragement for your soul.
Holley did a video that’s supposed to be like coffee with friends, no script, no outtakes, sometimes messy hair.
So I thought why not be brave and do the same.
So here is your new year encouragement from me: (to get your curiousity it involves chicken soup and confidence!)
It’s hilarious to see the free frame version of my face to me 🙂
And for those of you that would like to see some pics of the soup process (you can pretend your computer is scratch and sniff if you want to .. I wont judge you!)
that was after I had cooked the whole chicken (in my awesome pampered chef baker.. you need to ask me more details about that incredible piece of work)
The carrots , potatoes and such after it had gotten some fun fresh spice loving
come on over and get it (hilarious my upstairs elderly slightly crazy but I love her neighbor always smells when I am cooking.  I always take her some but as I suspected she came down and said when are we eating)
so i will pull up a chair and you come on.
Hebrews 10: 35 Therefore do not throw away your confidence!!  For you have need of endurance so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised!

How can i pray for you?

  1. I am so impressed by your bravery!

    And your cooking ability.

I honestly never once thought to do a video, but maybe that's an idea I should be considering.

    Thanks for the encouragement!
