i’m a year older then my twin for the first time ever! :-)

Hello to all my favorite prayer warriors in the whole wide world..
I’m just saying– today for the first time in my life I am 26 and my twin sister for now is 25.. i always joked around with her when I was young (ok, bossed around with her) that I was the oldest by a minute so I told her she had to do what I wanted her to because I was the oldest.. so michelle I would like you to come on over here and clean my room (at least that is what i used to tell her to do 🙂 It is quite weird to celebrate a full day before michelle.
Michelle thank you sooo much for calling me this morning. That made my day. It was great to hear you and Todd’s voice and to have you sing to me on MY birthday (hehehe.. I am gong to milk this for all it’s worth!)

Thank you all who are praying for me. I am feeling much better. I was really sick for about 2 days with the normal south asia parasite stomache thing, which stunk because Casey came all the way here. But we have a sovereign God huh.. so I am going to trust Him in that. And I am thankfully feeling much much better which is soo awesome! I have to give a shout out to my awesome teammate leah who took my poop sample to the hospital because I ddin’t feel like getting out of bed to go… now that’s team unity huh! talk about team unity– please pray for our team. Something crazy is gong on …. Satan is ATTACKING so I ask for your prayers of protection and am believing that means that God is about to do something INCREDIBLE and we are going to reap a spiritual harvest.
Everyone on our team has been to the hospital with a poop sample this week except for our team leader, who not only had to get a cat scan because he has been having pre-epilepsy like symptoms, but also injured his leg badly playing soccer. Leah is feeling much better and Matt is out of the hospital.. but well every day this week someone from our team has bee nat the hospital for some different reason.. so well.. prayer warriors please pray!

ok.. enough of that. I am soo excited because I have already had a wonderful birthday. My nepalee friends started by calling me at 6 am (not sure how I felt about that ) and singing to me.. then two of my nepalee friends have already came by to give me birthday wishes and it’s not even 10 o clock yet.. then my sister called..a nd tj… well I feel soo blessed. Then casey gave me my gift from michelle and I LOVED it michelle.. i looked like one sexy missionary in my new outfit.!”

ok.. so I have to end this post with some cheesiness:

To my parents: I am soo grateful that God picked me to be born to parents like you. I have traveled the world over and I know that you are the best parents in the whole entire world! I love you soo much. Thank you for raising me in Christ. Thank you for loving me. Thank you for all the crazy memories over the years (from camping trips that involved getting your fingers bit off by crabs to being stuck on the side of the road) for all the laughter and tea fights around the dinner table.. for all the cheesy hand family traditions.. for the fact that not only were you my parents but you have more spiritual kids then I could even ever explain and you were probablly the reason that I had friends in high school. Thank you for always having an open house.. thank you for all the laughter.. all the times we have been through hard times together and then gone and ate at Sunny’s barbeque together.. thank you for all the ways you have made me know that I am loved by you and loved by God.. and most of all thank you for beign my best friends!! ( are you crying yet) I love you guys soo much. I can’t imagine how hard it was for you to let your daughter go.. thank you for dedicating me to God as a baby and really meaning it.. here I am .. in nepal.. and it’s all your fault! 🙂 I am so grateful that you were willing to let me go, as hard as it must have been.. because I believe that God is reaping a spiritual harvest. I love you!! please enjoy eating ribs for me.. and send me one.. i’m not sure how it would taste after how long it has to wait in the post office (by the way I am still in my comfy pj’s and i had your muffins for my birthday breakfast)

ok.. and michelle.. well I am also the most blessed girl that God gave me a best friend in the womb. oh the memories we have together.. I cannot thank God enough for giving me a constant best friend who makes me laugh.. who we could never be mad at eachotehr for more then a minute– who is smore like Christ then anyone I know.. I love working with you, going to school with you– watching God move through you. I am soo proud of you. I love watching you be a great wife.. and I know that you are gong to be the best mommy in the whole world.. (and well I am going to be the best aunt I am sure of it) I am soo proud of you. I am sorry for all the years that you had to put up with me pulling the big sister card on you!! 🙂 But I am really am today. I am so grateful to God for giving me to you.

And on my birthday I am soo grateful to my prayers warriors and friends that always comment on this blog and read what is going on in my crazy life here in nepal. I love you guys
